Building, editing, and previewing a MakeOurs site is free on every plan. Publishing it live requires Pro or Business. Billing is per site: each published site has its own subscription, priced and billed independently — a subscription does not cover multiple sites.

## FAQ

**Q: Can I change my plan later?**
A: Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgraded features are available immediately.

**Q: What is a custom domain?**
A: Using your own URL (e.g. www.yourname.com) instead of a MakeOurs mours.site subdomain. Available on Pro and Business.

**Q: Do you offer refunds?**
A: Refunds apply only to a customer's first paid subscription, in its first billing cycle: 100% (less a 5% processing fee) within 24 hours, or 50% within 7 days. See https://makeours.com/refund-policy for full terms.

**Q: What happens if I exceed my page view limit?**
A: MakeOurs notifies the site owner before the limit is reached so they can upgrade in time.

**Q: What happens if I cancel my subscription?**
A: If not refund-eligible, the site stays active until the current billing period ends. If refund-eligible, the site is deactivated immediately along with the refund.
