We process your personal information to deliver our services, enforce security, and fulfill legal requirements:

• Usage Purposes: To authenticate your logins, generate and render your web layouts, respond to customer support tickets, and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Retention Period: We retain account and project data for as long as your subscription is active, or as needed to maintain your design workspace. Upon cancellation or termination, we retain basic transaction records as required by local tax authorities, but user-generated site data is scheduled for deletion from our active systems.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Payment Processing: All subscription transactions are securely processed by Razorpay. MakeOurs does not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or payment credentials on our servers.
• Infrastructure Providers: We share necessary site metadata and layout parameters with our cloud database and server hosting providers to render your sites.

MakeOurs is operated by an India-based SaaS entity serving users globally:

• Security Controls: All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Access controls are implemented to protect your personal information.
• International Transfers: By using MakeOurs, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your home country. We ensure that our infrastructure partners implement strict contractual safeguards to protect global user data.

• Your Rights: Depending on your location, you have the right to access, update, export, or request deletion of your personal data. You can manage your profile settings directly through the dashboard.
• Children's Privacy: MakeOurs does not request, collect, or verify the age or date of birth of our users during the registration process, and we have no active knowledge of user ages. However, our platform is not designed for or directed to individuals under the age of 13.
