Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with MakeOurs. If things don't work out, we offer a simple and fair refund process.
1. Refund Windows
We offer a full 100% refund if you cancel within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours but within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a 50% partial refund. No refunds are issued after 7 days have passed.
Note: A small processing fee (approx. 3%) is deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction costs.
2. Cancellation & Deactivation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.Upon cancellation, your site and all premium features will become inactive immediately.We do not offer a "pro-rated" period where the site remains live until the end of original billing cycle once the cancellation is processed.
3. What is Non-Refundable?
There are some things we cannot refund:
- Custom domain names you have already bought through third parties.
- Special plugins or tools we bought specifically for your site.
- Work that was already reviewed and approved by you.
