You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that work on your project has not yet commenced. Once our team has started working on your design or development, a cancellation fee may apply based on the amount of work completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been delivered and approved by the client. However, we may offer a partial or full refund in the following situations:

  • We are unable to deliver the project as per the agreed-upon scope.
  • There is a significant delay in delivery that is solely our fault.
  • The final product materially differs from the specifications provided in the initial agreement, and we are unable to rectify it.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations and hosting fees paid to third-party providers.
  • Third-party plugin or theme licenses purchased on your behalf.
  • Completed milestones that have been reviewed and approved.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@makeours.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.
