When you use MakeOurs, we grant you a license to use and host your site on our platform as long as your subscription is active. You own all the content you provide (like your text and images). However, the underlying code, designs, and AI tools used to build and run your site remain the property of MakeOurs.

5. Rules & Termination

We can stop your access to MakeOurs at any time if we believe you have broken these terms. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your site hosting and access to premium tools will be terminated immediately.
