4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final website design and code delivered to you. However, MakeOurs retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes. Background technology, tools, and pre-existing code libraries remain the property of MakeOurs or their respective owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
MakeOurs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
